This state-of-the-art, high pressure injection process produces a highly efficient foam envelope, guaranteed to be void free and provides the highest level of thermal efficiency. Highly Tensioned Roof Skin. Utility's 3000R uses an 'ultra' high tensioned aluminum roof skin. The 3000R's tensioned and riveted roof skin is mechanically formed around the top rail, creating exceptional strength, moisture resistance, and additional durability. Aluminum roof skin, unlike plastic, is completely vapor proof and impervious to moisture, so the roof foam stays drier, longer - for maximum load protection. |

NEW PROCESS. NEW PLANT.
Our new 500,000 square foot factory in Clearfield, Utah is the world's largest reefer plant, and is solely dedicated to producing the 3000R. The 3000R trailer and its new production process have been developed in an "evolutionary" manner. Customers' needs were studied, market researched and then carefully addressed. Many successful features found in previously manufactured Utility refrigerated van models have been retained and are now standard equipment on the 3000R.
